COBB COUNTY, Ga. — Cobb County police are asking for the public’s help in a death investigation.
Detectives said they are looking for anyone who may have seen a vehicle parked along Circle 75 Parkway near Windy Hill Road Saturday between 4:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.
Investigators said a woman walking along the parkway Saturday spotted a shoe near the sidewalk. She then saw a body in the woods.
At 8:30 p.m. Saturday night the area was cordoned off in police tape. The medical examiner’s office was also called to the crime scene.
Police have not released the person’s identity or a how the victim may have died.
