ATLANTA –
Some areas in northwest Georgia, as well as the metro area, are seeing snow flurries on Tuesday.
FOX 5 Storm Team Meteorologist Joanne Feldman says minor accumulations of ½” to 1″ will be confined to the higher elevations of the north Georgia mountains. Due to the weather, Fannin, Towns and Union County closed schools for the day.
Feldman says to take care of your pets and plants as the temperatures are expected to remain low until the end of the week.
