HALL COUNTY, Ga. — Officials with the Multi Agency Narcotics Squad and the Hall County Sheriff’s Office arrested a man after they said they found him growing marijuana in a closet.

Police said David Wilder Mossman, 35, of Gainesville, was arrested Tuesday without incident after they found 17 marijuana plants in the closet of his home on Riverside Terrace.

Officials said they also found processed marijuana, smoking pipes and other marijuana-related paraphernalia.

Authorities said the estimated street value of the drugs was $34,000.

Mossman was charged with manufacturing marijuana and possession of marijuana.

He was being held at the Hall County Jail.
