NEW ORLEANS – A man who claims that he was injured on the Deepwater Horizon offshore drilling rig in the Gulf of Mexico just days before it exploded filed a complaint against the owner of the rig in a Louisiana federal court on April 13 (Elmo Spruel v. Transocean Holdings LLC, et al., No. 11-818, E.D. La.).
