Mississippi Appeals Court Upholds Defense Verdict In Slip-And-Fall Injury Case

JACKSON, Miss. – The Mississippi Court of Appeals on May 31 affirmed a decision for the defendant in a premises liability action, concluding that it was not an error for the trial court to exclude testimony from one of the plaintiff’s experts (Edward M. O’Keeffe v. Biloxi Casino Corp., No. 2009-CA-01185-COA, Miss. App.; 2011 Miss. App. LEXIS 305).
