A Levis Call was issued for 2-month-old Andy Campos on Wednesday. Gwinnett police said Andy was snatched from his mother, Yesenia Campos, 24, at her Tucker home around 7:40 p.m. Her estranged boyfriend, the babys biological father, Harold Caceres, is suspected.
Police said Caceres, 21, told Campos he would make her suffer before driving off with the child. The baby was believed to be in danger, but was found safe several hours later.
Andy was found in Luthersville, more than 60 miles away from his home, police said. They said Caceres was not at the scene when the baby was found and is not police custody. Police said he is at least facing an interference with custody charge.
